Through this article, we are going to show you the process of Functional Setup Manager in the financial software oracle fusion. This process is usually used for configuration of projects for users.
The process of Functional Setup Manager (FSM):
First of all, learn about implementation process of Oracle Fusion.
Complete all organization need, by using Oracle Fusion applications.
Now, there are two ways to process the Functional Setup Manager i.e.:
First way: Navigation menu
On the top of the oracle application, you will find a Navigation icon or menu, click on it.
After clicking on it, select Tools option and then select Setup and Management.
Second way: Setting and Actions menu
Click on the user name. You can find that option at the top right part of the application.
Now choose the Setup and Maintenance, you can find this option under sub-options of Administration.
Setup and Maintenance Work Area:
The Implementation process is in 6 parts i.e.:
Plan: You have to plan the details of the application.
Configure: Now your entered details will be configured. The task name is Configure Offerings.
Implement: You can manage your implementation projects using this process which is called Implementation Projects.
Export and Import: Now your configured setting will be exported and imported. This process is known as Manage Configuration.
Transact: This is a process in which application will be running. It is known as Transactions.
Maintain: In this task, the error checking and another process will be done. It is known as Performance Maintenance.
Configure Offerings:
To configure the setting you have to follow several steps:
Go into Setup and Maintenance then select the sub-option of Implementation: Configure Offerings.
To know the feature availability click on the pencil icon on the right side.
After choosing the checkboxes, select the Save and Close button.
